Personal data processed

If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we process your name, phone number, the service address and details relating to your request.

While you browse the site, advertising measurement data is also processed automatically: IP address, browser and device information, referral source, and interactions such as tapping the phone or WhatsApp button. Cookies form the part of this that only comes into play if you give consent.

Purpose and legal basis

Your contact data is processed to carry out the site survey, provide a quote, perform the installation and deliver after-sales technical support, on the legal basis set out in KVKK art. 5/2-(c): processing directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.

Advertising measurement that uses cookies rests solely on your explicit consent under KVKK art. 5/1. No measurement cookie is placed on your device unless you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice shown on arrival. You may withdraw that consent at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Where consent has not been given, the cookieless measurement signal sent to Google when the phone or WhatsApp button is tapped (IP address, browser information and which button was tapped) rests on the legitimate interest basis in KVKK art. 5/2-(f): being able to tell whether our advertising spend produces work. That signal is not used for personalised advertising. If you wish to object, contact us at the address below.

Transfers

Your contact data is not shared with third parties beyond legal obligations.

Data obtained through advertising measurement may be processed on servers located outside Türkiye by our service provider Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). Correspondence conducted over WhatsApp is likewise stored on that platform’s (Meta Platforms) infrastructure.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to request that processing be restricted.
