Electrical Installation
We install electrical systems from scratch and rewire ageing ones in homes, businesses and apartment buildings. In buildings over about twenty years old, constantly tripping fuses, hot sockets and dimming lights usually come down to undersized cable and missing earthing - rewiring solves that at the root.

Electrical faults do not wait. When a fuse keeps tripping, a socket smells hot, a circuit stops working or the power cuts out, we trace the fault with test instruments and fix it on site. We do not replace parts before finding the actual cause.

The consumer unit is the safety centre of the whole installation. Older boards with ceramic fuses were never designed for the appliance loads of a modern property, and carry both fire and shock risk. We replace them to current standards, then split and label the circuits before handing over.

Main board arrangement for businesses and apartment buildings
Lighting drives both the electricity bill and how a space actually feels. Converting older fittings to LED cuts consumption noticeably, and in shops and offices that investment usually pays for itself quickly.
A new appliance, a rearranged room or a new work area usually needs extra sockets and circuits. Rather than working around it with extension leads, we run permanent cabling sized for the actual load.

Security Camera Systems
We install security cameras for homes, businesses, warehouses and apartment buildings. During the survey we look at entry points, blind spots and lighting conditions, then plan the number and placement of cameras around them. The goal is not to sell as many cameras as possible, but to put the right camera in the right place.

We install video door entry and intercom systems for apartment and residential complex entrances, and repair existing faulty systems. Upgrading from an old bell-only system to video door entry is one of the jobs we do most often.

Camera and access control systems only run reliably on top of a sound network. We do structured cabling from scratch in new premises, and tidy up tangled cabling and add capacity in existing ones.
We service systems that were originally installed by another company. When a recorder stops recording, a camera loses its picture, an intercom goes dead or an alarm keeps false-triggering, we diagnose the fault first - and if nothing needs replacing, we do not invent a cost.
