Frequently Asked Questions
Can an old bell system be upgraded to video door entry?
In most cases yes, and it is one of the jobs we do most often. Depending on the condition of the existing cabling we either reuse it or run new lines. We inspect the building wiring at the survey and tell you which applies.
Only one flat has a fault - does the whole system need replacing?
No. If the fault is in one flat it is usually the indoor unit or that line, and only that part is repaired. Replacing the whole system is only necessary when the main panel or supply has failed.
We are a building management committee - how do we proceed?
We survey free of charge, inspect the existing system and give a written, itemised quote. You can present that directly at a residents meeting; there are no surprise items added later.
